RENTAL POLICY OF THE TILLMAN’S CORNER
COMMUNITY CENTER

Rental Rates | Center Layout

All active members of the Tillman’s Corner Area Chamber of Commerce must attend a minimum of six (6) of twelve (12) business/luncheon meetings per year to rent the Community Center at a twenty five (25%) percent discount. Full rental rates apply if these criteria are not met. Chamber dues should be current. New members have a ninety (90) day waiting period before renting the center a discounted rate. The ninety (90) day policy applies only to new members. Members must have attended a meeting and received their orientation.

Individual Rental Policy:

The discounted rate of twenty five (25%) percent for rental of the Community Center applies only to the individual active member of the Tillman’s Corner Area Chamber of Commerce. The individual member is responsible for signing the rental contract, clean up, damages, etc. The member must remain with those persons in attendance at the function.

Business Rental Policy:

The discounted rate of twenty five (25%) for rental of the Community Center applies only to the active company representative member of the Tillman’s Corner Area Chamber of Commerce. All business rentals will be by the designated business representative of the company. The business representative is responsible for the signing of the rental contract, clean up, damages, etc. The representative must remain with those persons in attendance at the function.

Annual Dues:

If annual dues are not current and exceed the forty five (45) day grace period, full rental rates will apply. After renewal, there will be a ninety (90) day waiting period before renting the center at the discounted rental rate.
